Hello, I’m Lynn Yangchana, a seasoned professional in the dynamic realm of commercial real estate. My expertise lies in office and retail properties, where I excel in tenant relocations, leasing, sales, cash flow analysis, and identifying lucrative investment avenues.

Since joining MGR Real Estate in 2005, I’ve immersed myself in understanding how building owners nurture and expand their assets, while also grasping the intricate ways business owners optimize their real estate utilization.  My relentless pursuit of excellence and unwavering commitment to professional growth led to my promotion to Vice President in 2016. 

In addition to my role at MGR, I am an active member of the National Association of Realtors and hold the esteemed title of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2012.  My investment endeavors reflect not only a professional interest but also a personal passion for the real estate asset class.

Balancing the demands of a thriving real estate career with the joys of family life, I proudly wear the hats of a devoted wife and a self-proclaimed “Stay-At-Work Mom” to spirited and energetic teenage twin boys.  My journey is defined by a fusion of professional excellence and personal fulfillment, guided by a steadfast commitment to integrity, innovation, and genuine connections.
